We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.
We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption to protect your data at rest and in transit. Access is protected by secure authentication. We undergo regular security assessments and take the security of your legacy data extremely seriously.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@legacyatlas.life.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use select third-party services (such as payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers) to operate Legacy Atlas. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
If you provide your phone number and select "Text" or "Both" as your communication preference, we will use your phone number to send transactional SMS messages including secure message alerts, emergency access notifications, and trial status reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties.
