Legacy Atlas is an organizational and planning tool that helps individuals and families store, organize, and share legacy information including documents, wishes, and memories. Legacy Atlas is not a law firm, financial institution, or licensed professional services provider.
Nothing on Legacy Atlas constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or professional estate planning guidance. You are responsible for consulting licensed attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals for matters requiring professional expertise.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time payment for lifetime access. Free trials last 7 days. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you store on Legacy Atlas, keeping your login credentials secure, and ensuring that trusted contacts are aware of their roles. Legacy Atlas is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information.
Legacy Atlas's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
By providing your phone number and selecting "Text" or "Both" as your communication preference in your Profile settings, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Legacy Atlas. These messages include secure message alerts, emergency access notifications, and trial status reminders. No marketing or promotional content is sent via SMS. Message and data rates may apply.
